I came for an oil change despite only 2,500 miles on my 535i since the last one in August 2019. Francisco was very helpful as usual and got me out in about an hour.

Purchased an Audi from United BMW and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Negotiation was painless. Highly recommend Mitch. He was very pleasant to work with and was not your typical “car salesman” . They had a fair price on the car already and They were able to meet my price that I was willing to pay. All in all, I would definitely purchase from United again. Thanks guys for a great experience!

This is the first car I have purchased out of state. Michael Drew and Allen Bridges were great to deal with. Honest and upfront about everything. Entire process was easy and completed over the phone/email. I highly recommend Michael and his team. Looking forward to having the car delivered.

First a 6 series and now a 7, I've had a 6 year relationship with United BMW and could not be more pleased, both with sales and with service. Both of my Beemers have been certified cars. I've not experienced the depreciation of new ones. The "executive" treatment I've had in sales (see Jean Maurilus) and service (see Clark) have been exceptional. Recently I damaged a wheel and tire on a loaner when I had my 7 in for service. The Manager of the entire operation personally took his time to resolve the mishap to my satisfaction. I work in the service department at a luxury car dealership, so I know what to expect. The entire process was flawless! My service advisor was out the day I was scheduled, but Carol immediately took over. I received a clean loaner vehicle with plenty of gas. Everyone I've dealt with there, from my first purchase to my first service, has been top notch. I highly recommend Carol for a service advisor, and Kennedy for a salesman. This will not be my last experience at United BMW in Alpharetta! PS: Dan, the F&I Manager, was great too!

I have taken my Bmw 325 Xi into the Alpharetta ga location for years and the quality of the service has declined. Today I paid more than $3k for car repairs, they brought my car up from the shop and it had not been washed or vacuumed. I brought this to the staff's attention; they took the car away and within 10 minutes they returned it to me, and while the car had been washed, they did a very poor job of vacuuming it. I worked with Che Hall at the United BMW pre-owned location and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Anyone who knows me, knows that I hate going to dealerships.
